Basic Parish Nurse Educaiton Course
Parish nursing is a recognized specialty practice that combines professional nursing and health ministry. The practice of parish nursing emphasizeshealth and healing within a faith community. The four major components of the philosophy of parish nursing include: spiritual formation, professionalism, health and wholeness and community. The Faith Community Health Ministry Program of NWO is offering this course to prepare nurses to deliver wholistic health care to members of a faith community.
